Our Senior Pastors

Dr. Chidi Igwagu

Dr. Chidi O. Igwagu is the founder of the House That Wisdom Built, which he pastors alongside his wife, Ogechi.

A dynamic teacher of the word of God, Dr. Igwagu has been in ministry for three decades, supporting his teachings with a genuine concern for the wellbeing of people and a refreshing simplicity to the truth of God’s word.

Trained as a Veterinary Doctor, in 1999, Dr. Igwagu answered the call to ministry and has remained fully committed to it ever since.

Pastor Ogechi Igwagu

Pastor Ogechi Igwagu is a senior pastor at The House That Wisdom Built. She is committed to teaching, guiding, and mentoring people to reach their full potential in Christ.

A firm believer in the power of prayer, and passionate about empowering women to change their world through intercession, she founded the Ladies' Prayer initiative, Hannah's Heart, which aims to mobilize women to deepen their walk with God through prayer and make a meaningful impact within their spheres of influence.

Pastor Ogechi is a seasoned educator and co-founder of Lohim’s Academy, a Lagos-based educational institution offering premium education at the pre-school, nursery, primary and secondary levels. She holds a degree in Business Administration, in addition to a diploma in Educational Administration and Planning, and a Masters in Educational Administration, Planning and Management.

Pastor Ogechi Igwagu is a Senior Pastor at The House That Wisdom Built. Added to her work in pulpit ministry, she also oversees the Women and Children ministries of the church.

Her mission is to serve God and His people with excellence, integrity, and compassion, working alongside her husband.
